What we collect

When you request free sample clips we collect the name, email address, channel or creator name, video URL, chosen platform, and any notes you submit. That is the only personal information the site asks for.

Why we collect it

We use it to review the video you sent, produce sample clips, and reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Content you send us

Video links and recordings you share are used to produce clips for you. We do not publish your content, and we do not use it as a public example without your explicit permission.

Analytics

To understand which parts of the site are useful we record the page you opened, how long you stayed, how far you scrolled, how much of a sample clip you watched, the site that referred you, your device type and browser, and the approximate country, city and timezone your network reports. If you arrived through a personalised link we sent you, that link tells us it was you. Your browser also stores a random identifier so repeat visits can be recognised as the same browser. We do not store your IP address, we do not use cookies, and none of it is used to build advertising profiles or sold to anyone.

To switch it off, open any page with ?notrack=1 on the end of the address. Your browser will be excluded from then on.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing hello@wellclipped.com.
